1. Introduction

This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Jharkhand Cyber Cop (Private Agency), a unit of ipil innovation software (referred to as “Agency”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the client (“You”, “Your”, “Customer”) who avails our services.

By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


2. Scope of Services

Jharkhand Cyber Cop (Private Agency) provides the following cybersecurity and investigation services:

2.1 Cyber Crime Investigation & Analysis

  • Digital fraud & online scam investigation
  • Social media harassment & fake profile tracking
  • Cryptocurrency fraud analysis
  • Email fraud & phishing investigation
  • Online job fraud, investment fraud, and e-commerce fraud detection

2.2 Cyber Security Solutions

  • Penetration testing & vulnerability assessment
  • Website & server security audits
  • Data breach monitoring & risk mitigation
  • Cyber security awareness training

2.3 OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) & Digital Forensics

  • Digital footprint analysis & background verification
  • Email & phone number tracing
  • IP address tracking & darknet monitoring
  • Image forensics & metadata analysis

2.4 Legal & Compliance Support

  • Cybercrime complaint drafting & case assistance
  • Digital evidence collection & documentation
  • Expert opinion for legal cases

Note: Our services are for investigation and consultancy purposes only. We do not have the authority to make arrests, prosecute individuals, or act as a law enforcement agency.


3. Service Fees & Payment Terms

3.1 Fees Structure

  • Consultation Fees: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per session
  • Investigation Charges: ₹10,000 – ₹5,00,000 per case (depends on complexity)
  • Monthly Security Plans: ₹5,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
  • Customized Corporate Security Solutions: As per contract

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:
✅ Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
✅ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
✅ Credit/Debit Cards
✅ Online Payment Gateways

Note: Payments are non-refundable once the investigation or service has begun.


4. Client Responsibilities

By availing our services, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and truthful information related to the case.
  2. Cooperate in providing relevant documents, proof, or access to required digital accounts (if needed).
  3. Use our reports and findings responsibly, without misusing them for illegal purposes.
  4. Understand that we do not guarantee legal action unless supported by law enforcement agencies.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  1. Client Data Protection: We ensure that all client information remains confidential and is used strictly for investigation purposes.
  2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): If required, we can sign an NDA for additional security.
  3. Third-Party Disclosure: We do not share any client data with third parties unless:
    • Required by law or government authorities
    • Explicit consent is given by the client

6. Limitations of Liability

  1. We are an investigation & consultancy agency, not a law enforcement body. Our role is limited to analysis, reporting, and advisory services.
  2. We do not take responsibility for any direct or indirect damages caused due to cyber threats or attacks.
  3. Our investigation reports are for informational purposes only and cannot be used as sole evidence in legal proceedings without verification from forensic experts or law enforcement agencies.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client provides false or misleading information.
  • The investigation involves illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities.
  • The client fails to make payments as per the agreed terms.

The client may also terminate services before the investigation starts, but refunds will not be provided after the work has commenced.


8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  1. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation or mediation.
  2. If unresolved, legal proceedings shall be conducted under the jurisdiction of Jharkhand, India.
