2. Scope of Services
We provide private cybercrime investigation, cybersecurity consultancy, digital forensics, and OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) services. Our role is to analyze, investigate, and advise, but we are not a law enforcement agency.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
✅ You are at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.
✅ You are providing accurate and truthful information for investigation.
✅ You are not engaging in illegal activities while using our services.
4. Service Charges & Payment
- Consultation Fee: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per session
- Investigation Fee: ₹10,000 – ₹5,00,000 per case (depends on complexity)
- Monthly Security Plans: ₹5,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
- Corporate Cybersecurity Services: As per contract
Payment Terms:
✅ Rs.2500 (Non Refundable) Advance Payment Required for All Services
✅ Non-Refundable Once Investigation Has Begun
✅ Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards
5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
🔹 We respect your privacy and handle all investigations with strict confidentiality.
🔹 Your data will not be shared with third parties except when:
- Required by law or law enforcement agencies
- Explicitly authorized by the client
🔹 We use secure storage and encryption methods to protect client data.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
✅ Provide truthful and accurate information related to your case.
✅ Use our reports ethically and legally.
✅ Understand that our services are for investigation & consultancy and do not guarantee legal action.
✅ Accept that cybercrime cases require time and cannot always be solved instantly.
7. Limitations of Liability
We are an independent private investigation agency and:
❌ Do not guarantee case resolution or arrests.
❌ Do not take responsibility for any direct or indirect losses suffered due to cybercrime.
❌ Do not provide legal representation in court.
Our role is limited to investigation, reporting, and advisory.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if:
❌ The client provides false or misleading information.
❌ The request involves illegal or unethical activities.
❌ The client fails to make the required payments.
The client may also terminate services before the investigation starts, but no refunds will be provided once work has commenced.
9. Dispute Resolution
🔹 Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first.
🔹 If unresolved, legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of Jharkhand, India.
10. Updates to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
